Allie's 2nd Birthday

I know I'm late in posting this, but yes my little girls has turned 2. I can't believe it. She is becoming a very independent little girl. At the age of 2 she loves helping us (we'll see how long that lasts), playing with Kit Kat, singing at church, watching movies (which she thinks are hysterical), giving lion kisses (if you don't know what those are consider yourself lucky), putting her tights or panties on (of course it's always over her head), reading books, looking at pictures of her cousins, painting, cooking (she stirs and shakes everything), brushing Delight (horse), going to Grandma's house, and shoe shopping. She knows what she wants and what she likes and doesn't like. We took her to get some church shoes and I thought we'd get her some salt water sandals. She tried them on and said "oh, that's no good." We then tried on a few more different types and got pretty much the same response. Then we tried on a white pair and she said "oh, that's better" and promptly got up to leave. I think I may be in trouble as she gets older. She is very aware of how people are feeling around her and from what I've seen is pretty polite. Whenever she bumps into you or think she bumps into you she says "oh I'm sorry". She even tells shoes, curtains, chairs, etc she's sorry if she bumps into those. I love her so much and am so thankful that she is a part of our family.

Here is Allie helping to make her Birthday cupcakes.

Allie got a doctor kit from Uncle Jason, Aunt Nicki and Tessa and was able to coax Uncle Galen into being the patient. He's such a good sport

Then it was Allie's turn for her check up. How come Uncle Galen couldn't detect those ear infections. Yes she did have more ear infections after the amoxicillan allergy. They gave her a different type of antibiotic. It got rid of the ear infection but she had some stomach cramping.

Just a photo to show that we have definitely seen to much Little Mermaid

The picture of Allie combing her hair with a "dinglehopper" (isn't that what it's called?) is SO funny! Littls girls are so observant.
