Santa and the black eye

Okay so the black eye and meeting Santa thankfully didn't happen in the same event. Kendall got this from wearing his puffy warm snow jacket. It may be nice and warm but it does not allow him to put his arms down to brace himself when he falls forward. The result is a nice road rash which turned into a black eye. I swear people must look at him and think the poor boy is being beaten at home.

Maybe someday Allie will finally realize she doesn't have to go into fight or flight mode when she sees Santa. This was as close as she was letting him get. And it's a good thing she mailed a letter otherwise there's no way he could hear her with what she wants for Christmas.
